With the time change sunday, and the early morning fligh, I asked for a wake up call and did not receive one. I had to rush and Delta had to hold my flight for me. Very unacceptable. In addition the "hotel shuttle" is only a general one covering all hotels at a fee. Useless for such short notice trips.
