We arrived late - 10:30pm, pre-paid, prebooked. Evening staff unfriendly, not helpful, surly. In the bar, the man tending disappeared for more than 40 minutes. Rotten service in that area. Worst experience I have had in the Netherlands in 30 years! Hotel is fine.
